The author decide this name because of the famous Japanese TV drama [Grand Maison Tokyo].
As our ‘restaurant’ is located in Kashiwanoha, we name it [Grand Maison Kashiwanoha(GMK)].
This is the original symbol of GMK (© All rights reserved). The mark mainly represents three meanings:
- The leaves. The leaves of Kashiwa, namely Kashiwanoha.
- Circle: dish. The whole symbol is like delicious food in the dish.
- UTokyo mark. The overall structure is similar to the UTokyo symbol.
Although GML is not open to public, we are dedicated to sharing delicious recipes with you, exchanging cooking experiences and the joy of enjoying gourmet food. (Maybe one day we will open LOL.)
